In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will understand what organizational effectiveness is and its importance.
  • Will be introduced to the climate and the organizational culture (context, rules and regulations, aims and systems).
  • Will understand the elements of organizational health, leadership, communication, motivation etc.
  • Will be able to measure the effectiveness and determining the need for change.
