In accordance with the training objectives, the participants:

  • Will know what the basis of organizational design is and the development of designing criteria.
  • Will understand the method of determining authority, relationships and responsibilities and positions in the organization, "Description of the responsibilities and "job specification".
  • Will evaluate and select a favorite model of service delivery.
  • Will develop a new organizational structure around the favorite model of service delivery.
  • Will develop an implementation plan and the support necessary for implementation in order to make it happen.
